We are closed Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

PRICING

All listed prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change a listed price at any time. Customers will be notified of any price change before order is shipped.

ORDERING

We do have a minimum order of $20.00. However, there is no additional charge for small orders.

ONLINE: We encourage you to order through our secure online store where you can easily browse through thousands of products to find just what you are looking for, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

PLEASE NOTE: WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE (PLUS POSTAGE) ON ALL REFUSED ORDERS, ORDERS PULLED BUT NOT PAID FOR WITHIN A RESONABLE PERIOD OF TIME, AND DECLINED CREDIT CARD ORDERS.

DROP SHIPMENTS

We charge an additional $6.00 per drop ship order.

PAYMENT

Payment should accompany your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Returned checks are subject to a $32.00 fee. Please note: California sales tax applies to all California sales and shipments except for resellers for whom we have on file a valid reseller exemption certificate. 

Payments made through PayPal are automatically deducted upon order submission. If additional funds are needed (i.e. shipping costs), the customer will be notified for authorization. If there is over-payment (i.e. sale without promotional code or tax exempt), we will refund your PayPal account.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax will be applied to all California orders. If you have a resale certificate, please fax or email.

BACKORDERS

We stock thousands of items at our warehouse and while we prefer to ship all orders complete, there are times when we do not have all items in stock. We apologize in advance if this should happen. We will automatically ship backorders of $20.00 or more. As we will not ship any backorders under $20.00, please add these items to your next order.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving them, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Any items over 15 days after receiving them, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items to us for refund, unless it was a shipping error made on our part. We will not accept any return after 60 days so please check your order immediately upon receiving it. We will not accept a return without a return authorization number. Please email us at Customerservice@aftosa.com for a return authorization number. Please always include your invoice number and reason you want to return the product. All returns should be sent to:

Ceramic Clay
SHIPPING: Clay is heavy, so shipping costs can be expensive. All clay will be shipped separate from your order so we can use flat rate USPS boxes.

25 Lbs - cost of shipping $11.30

50 Lbs - cost of shipping $15.80

*CLAY WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATE FROM YOUR ORDER AND COST IS ADDITIONAL PER RATES LISTED ABOVE. IT WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE SHIPPING COSTS OF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER.


**Orders shipped to Alaska / Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged shipping at cost based on weight and number of boxes. Please contact us for quote.

**International Shipments

We are currently experiencing a problem with International orders online, please feel free to give us a call, email, or fax us your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If we lower pricing on large quantities, shipping will be at cost.

Distributor Shipments

All distributor shipments are shipped at cost.

Expedited Shipping

We offer next day, second day and third day shipping via UPS or FedEx at cost. ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12 NOON PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) TO BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY.

*PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges on any order if the online store calculates it incorrectly or charges are significantly higher than stated. Customer will be notified with any adjustments before the order is shipped.


ORDER DISCREPANCIES AND DAMANGE

Unfortunately mistakes and accidents do happen from time to time. Please email us as soon as possible with order discrepancies/damages and we will correct them as soon as possible. Order discrepancies and any damage must be reported to us within (14) fourteen days after receiving your shipment.

We do not accept returns of Books, DVD’s or any other copyrighted material. Please order carefully.

If your package was not received, please review the following:

Once the packaged has been shipped from our warehouse, it is in the care of the carrier. As we strive to make sure that shipping information is correct, we cannot control what happens once the carrier has the package and it is en route. Sometimes the carrier will try to place the package in an inconspicuous location, however, this is not always possible. Once your tracking number has been received (the tracking number is emailed once your order has been processed) begin checking the appropriate carrier website to see the shipping status. If the status of the package states that it has been delivered and you still have not received it, consult the carrier website and begin the claim process. If you need any assistance during this process, feel free to contact Aftosa.

SCHOOL ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from schools.

DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors pay freight charges on all orders. A service charge of $50.00 will be added to any distributors order that does not meet minimum order requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Aftosa is passionate about minimizing the impact that doing business can have on our environment. We are committed to recycling and energy efficiency in our office and warehouse. We have decided not to print thousands of catalogs.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information gathered by Aftosa is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be distributed to any company or individual. This information will be used to ensure timely delivery of your order. We may also use your information to contact you for promotional purposes.

In some circumstances, Aftosa may use a third party software to collect data for internal purposes only. We use this data to streamline our services. Please see our Privacy Policy page  for more info.
