Business hours are 9 am to 5 pm (P.S.T.), Monday through Friday.

HOLIDAYS

We are closed Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, as well as Thanksgiving Day, and the following day. We are also closed from Christmas Eve Day through New Years Day, for our annual holiday break.

PRICING

All listed prices are subject to change without notice. Items cannot be combined for quantity discounts.

ORDERING

While we do not have a minimum order, we do charge a $3.95 packaging and handling fee.

ONLINE: We encourage you to order through our online store where you can easily browse through thousands of products to find just what you are looking for, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

PHONE: Please call 1.800.231.0397 between 9 am to 5 pm (P.S.T.), Monday through Friday to place an order with one of our customer service representatives. Please have your order ready and use item numbers when ordering, so that we can assist you in an efficient manner.

MAIL / FAX / EMAIL: Please fill out the order form from your catalog with all required information, including the item numbers for each product, your mailing and shipping addresses, fax number and e-mail address.

PAYMENT

Payment should accompany your order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, as well as checks and money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $18.00 fee. Additionally, we ship U.P.S. - C.O.D. in the U.S. only. C.O.D. charge is $9.00. Please note: California sales tax applies to all California sales and shipments except for resellers for whom we have on file a valid reseller exemption certificate.

BACKORDERS

Backorders are infrequent. We will automatically ship backorders of $20.00 or more. We do not charge C.O.D. fees or service charges on backorders. As we will not ship any backorders under $20.00, please add these items to your next order.

RETURNS

Please get authorization from Aftosa before returning any item. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and the minimum fee is $10.00. If you are returning items that we sent in error, no restock fee will be charged. If you are not pleased with any product we will refund your full purchase price. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving order.

SHIPPING

All ground orders are shipped at cost to ALL States in the contiguous U.S. We are happy to offer U.P.S. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select, to most locations, at cost. International orders are shipped at cost, and shipping method must be specified by the customer upon ordering. All air orders must be received prior to 12:00pm (P.S.T.) in order for same day shipment.

SCHOOL ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from schools. The minimum amount per purchase order is $100.00.

DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors pay freight charges on all orders. A service charge of $50.00 will be added to any distributors order that does not meet minimum order requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Aftosa is passionate about minimizing the impact that doing business can have on our environment. We are committed to recycling and energy efficiency in our office and warehouse. Additionally, our catalogs are printed by the Hayward, CA-based Alonzo Printing Company, a pioneer in environmentally friendly printing. The paper used contains a minimum of 30% post-consumer waste fiber. The printing inks are soy-based rather than petroleum-based. The printing is done through a direct-imaging prepress system, eliminating silver-based film as a waste product.

All information gathered by Aftosa is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be distributed to any company or individual. This information will be used to ensure timely delivery of your order. We may also use your information to contact you for promotional purposes.
